Services for Alumni
 Alumni may borrow up to 3 books. The circulation period is 15 days and items may be renewed twice.
• The Library provides unrestricted use of all Library electronic resources, inside the Library. However, they can only access online resources, off-campus, if their GUST login is active. 
• Research assistance is provided by librarians. Call, visit or e-mail the Library using  an Ask-a-Librarian form.
• 121 workstations connected to the Internet are available in the Library. Printing and photocopying service is provided.
• Orientation and training can be arranged upon request.

Fines and Penalties 

a. Overdue Fine: Students are charged a fine of 100 Fils per day, per book (up to a maximum of 15 days) unless the book is returned within the 3-day grace period.

b. Damaged or Lost items: If a user loses an item, they will be charged the replacement cost of the item, a KD 10/- processing fee and any overdue fines that apply.     

Services for Community Users
• Community users may utilize onsite Library services after 2:00 p.m. on working days.
• Community users may borrow up to 3 books at a time. The circulation period is 15 days and items may be renewed twice. Read Community Users Membership Policy for more information.
