Ms. Ilene Evans' performance at GUST

The A.M.Al-Refai Library (GUST) in cooperation with American Embassy - Kuwait hosted Ms. Ilene Evans, internationally acclaimed African-American actress, storyteller and singer on Thursday, February 12, 2009 to celebrate Black History Month in Kuwait. The theme of the event was “The Role of Africa-American in Global Events of the 21st Century from the Perspectives of a Story Teller”. She kept the audiences enthralled by her thought provoking and energetic performance.
